My mother’s email seared my eyes.

“When are you going to get out of your own way? Your future looks bleak.”

My body went cold in that familiar old way – a chill that burst into my heart and radiated outward and I thought to myself – “When will I escape this pattern?”

Always my first thought-the slippery slope arrives quickly.
I can turn to victim fast with that line of questioning.

Take a beat.

My next thought: “This still isn’t over?”
My weariness is real.

Are you dreading the holidays this year AND still doing the same things you do every year?

Can you see what is happening around us?
Does this seem like business as usual?
We are witnessing change at such a fast clip most of our heads are spinning.

Have you tried to make logical sense of it  yet? 
Don't bother, this fails logic tests.

But what does it mean - "logic fails us"?

It means intuition becomes critical.
Inner knowing becomes our crucial navigation system. 

We must seek answers inside ourselves because the outside world, factors, and systems are failing - and no longer function the way we expected - we must trust OURSELVES.

There is who I was when the day began - adventurous 20-something with a love of live music in a city with no friends. 

There is what did happen - a fabulous show, and a tough commute home. 

Then there is what I was capable of that even I hadn't fathomed before that moment.

I went in one person, and returned different. 

In a moment. 
I changed.

The shadow side of American Exceptionalism is the American Lack of Worth - and it plagues us.

You are here, my love.

You are light made into matter made into a divine work of art that can also COMMUNICATE with other beings. 

Make art. 

Make love. 

Make music. 

Make laughter.

So if you hear a bit too much negative end of the world chickens without heads squawking right now - try to give them a snack and a nap, and if you can?  Get them to a sunrise. It will help their spirits.

And you?

Fret not, beloved. 

You are cosmic stardust and light made into matter and what you can become next is truly limitless.

Fear not the story told by those who forgot their magic.

We endeavor to help them all remember - this is not a task I have been assigned alone - I have an army of angels behind me, you see.  This is why I know we will be okay. 

The angels are supporting us, my loves.

Many of us came from places where our caretakers were disempowered enough that they couldn't muster the ability to take their medicine, and do their own healing, even when they were in charge, capable, and in a place they could have potentially done it.

That can make us feel things.
We should feel these things. 
They may hurt - they may ache - they may bring grief, or anger, or frustration. 

Let it come up so we can release it all.

Let it come up because?

Emotions are the last stop on the processing train - when you feel them?
It's literally to let them go. 

So let them go.

It can be lonely, finding our path – I have had so many close relationships that have changed or dissolved over my lifetime for all kinds of reasons, and I have had to learn about how to deal with that in a way that isn’t destructive.

I think it’s true that energy is what we resonate to and with, and it changes as we change, and our sound and vibration changes.

It’s not good or bad – it’s sound.

And if we’re lucky, and it’s aligned?  It’s music, and it’s a gift. 

This year has been one step forward, six steps back, a little extra healing pixie dust sprinkled over everything seems to be what has made this the most endurable experience for me, so far.

2025  has been a ride - if we are in a transition?  I am IN IT right now, and life is coming at me fast, while solutions are revealing themselves in Divine Timing (that means SO FREAKING SLOW AND I HAVE TO PRACTICE MORE GRACE BECAUSE IT'S NOT ABOUT ME AND I HAVE TO BE PATIENT).

So Divine Timing, it is - wait. 

Is that a solution?

What SHOULD WW DO?

An excellent question, and an important one!

We have so many ways to be part of the SOLUTIONS!

Support, encourage, learn, share, uplift  women who do choose to step into leadership roles on diversity, inclusion, and race.  Give back to them in all ways you can think of: – pay them for their time, effort, education. Give to their businesses, efforts, activities, and sustainable incomes.  Share their posts, uplift their voices, give them a thumbs up in your feed so others see them.

We can do all kinds of things and SO MANY COST US LITERALLY NOTHING.  That is important to see.  We can act now, with no cost to us, and extreme benefit to others.

You soul is like: THE ROI IS UNMATCHED!!!  DO IT DO IT DO IT!

So this is my love letter to you, Beloved, especially if you are in a moment where something is cracking your heart open.  Keep yourself safe and tended, and allow this to happen - allow this to be felt, experienced, and allow it to teach you.

So whatcha gonna do?

Are you gonna just stay in fear and try to hide?  Some of us will, and I understand.  Seriously: do what YOU need to do my friend.  The last thing we all need right now is more judgement about how we're handling all of this.

I personally feel like that will take more energy from me, so I am trying a different approach.

So, you know when you are on the highway, and a car passes you?

Both cars are still moving forward, but the other is going faster?  So now you get the "illusion" that you're moving backwards as they move foward?  But you're all still going forward?  It's just a matter of speed and how it looks from where you sit?  Mercury retrograde! 

Nobody moves backwards, we just get in our feelings 3 times a year because Mercury laps us and we cannot stand that with our egos.

WE are here for epic human expansion, and it's literally happening all around us right now!
